About The Position

American Lumper Services is seeking qualified sit-down and stand-up forklift operators for their warehouse in Rancho Cordova, CA. This role involves assisting in loading and unloading trucks, staging pallets, and maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness. The facility operates 6 days a week, with operators working 5-hour shifts, including Saturdays. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

• Forklift experience required
• Must undergo a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must possess basic reading and math skills
• Must have an eye for detail
• Must be able to lift 25+ lbs consistently
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl
• Must perform other duties as assigned
• Must have reliable transportation
• Employer participates in E-Verify
• Must be reliable

Nice To Haves

• Must be able to work overtime upon request from management.
• Must be able to work the whole shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trucks while operating equipment.
• Assist in loading trucks while operating equipment.
• Stage pallets for loading on the proper dock locations.
• Manually stack cartons on pallets
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
