About The Position

Performs order fulfillment work in any warehouse floor area and operates an operator-up, wire-guided turret truck. The role is fully cross-trained and accountable for all work functions in specified areas. The operator must be willing and able to ride the turret truck at heights of 40 feet and drive it in very narrow aisles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willing and capable of riding a turret truck 40 feet in the air on a regular basis.
• Willing and capable of driving a turret truck in very narrow aisles.
• Able to perform the listed warehouse and order fulfillment functions.

Responsibilities

• Unload cases at receiving.
• Palletize cases at sortation.
• Scan cases to pallets.
• Move palletized cases with a manual pallet jack.
• Move palletized cases with a powered forklift.
• Use a turret truck to pick up pallets of cases from very-narrow-aisle (VNA) pickup and delivery (P&D) stations and place them in VNA pallet racks.
• Use a turret truck to pull pallets of cases from VNA racks and deliver them to P&D stations.
• Pick cases in the case AS/RS area and ship them via pick-to-belt.
• Perform shipping preparatory work.
• Stage and load completed cases and pallets at shipping.
• Perform order fulfillment work across warehouse floor areas and operate an operator-up, wire-guided turret truck.
