About The Position
This is a full-time position operating Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM, with an hourly wage of $18.50. The role involves loading and unloading pallets, moving materials within the warehouse, and ensuring quality standards and production goals are met. The operator will also be responsible for reporting issues, maintaining machinery, and adhering to safety procedures.
Requirements
- Certified forklift driver
- Ability to pay close attention to details
- Familiar with all safety procedures and guidelines
- Ability to identify problems or malfunctions with machinery and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in factory or warehouse is preferred
Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets onto and off of trucks/trailers.
- Move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility.
- Ensure production deadlines and goals are met.
- Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.
- Operate and maintain machinery.
