Requirements

Must be 18 or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Forklift certification or the ability to achieve this through company-provided training.
Proficiency in operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
Basic math skills for product counting.
Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs frequently and handle heavier loads, utilizing mechanical aids as needed.
Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and compliance with OSHA guidelines.
Experience with inventory control and accurate record-keeping.
Ability to operate yard jockey trucks for swapping trailers.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
Flexibility to work overnight hours, extended shifts, and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently handle loading and unloading tasks, operating a forklift to load pallets of refreshing beverages onto semi-trailers.
Manage returned pallets from route trucks.
Put away inventory and organize dunnage from returns, ensuring our dock remains clutter-free and ready for upcoming loads.
Assist in swapping trailers with the yard jockey truck, playing a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
