Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must successfully complete Windows USA® / Window Mart in-house forklift certification program, regardless of prior outside certifications.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision while demonstrating initiative.
• Moderate understanding of forklift operation, warehouse, and safety procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and maneuver materials throughout the shift.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing tools and equipment
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail to identify defects or variances in product quality
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy and efficiency
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and conversions
• Commitment to safety protocols and ability to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production quotas

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of forklift experience
• Formal forklift certification or training

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, stack, load, and retrieve goods and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and document material movement.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the production and warehouse areas.
• Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Support production and warehouse staff with material handling needs.
