About The Position
Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklift to move, locate, relocate and stack product. This is a 2nd shift position with an additional $0.75 shift differential for working on 2nd shift. This is a Direct Hire position with a wage increase at 3 months and again at 6 months of employment, plus a monthly attendance bonus.
Requirements
- At least one year of forklift/ shipping and receiving experience
- Previous experience working on a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Highly motivated and self-starter
- Ability to meet requirements to receive forklift license
Responsibilities
- Pulling finished goods from production area to move to shipping area
- Provide components to manufacturing areas
- Assist with moving product from shipping/ receiving area
