About The Position

We're seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our established rubber recycling facility. This role offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a consistent schedule. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for safely operating sit-down forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility, loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently and accurately, transporting materials to production and warehouse areas as needed, performing routine forklift inspections and reporting any equipment issues, maintaining inventory organization and proper material storage practices, assisting with general warehouse and production support tasks, and following all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
1-2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Previous sit-down forklift experience required
Ability to safely handle and transport heavy materials
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
