General Summary: As a Replenishment Associate, you’ll be a key player in our warehouse operations. From unloading and replenishing products to ensuring our inventory stays accurate and organized, your work keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll also uphold our high standards for food safety and cleanliness, making sure we exceed expectations for quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • A genuine drive to make a positive impact and have fun while doing it.
  • No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
  • Attention to detail for maintaining accuracy in inventory and logistics.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and basic warehouse technology is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and perform tasks in a cold warehouse environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekend availability.
  • Clean background check.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric ride-on jacks to unload, stage, replenish, and organize products in the warehouse.
  • Perform pre-use inspections of equipment, follow safety protocols, and practice proper lifting techniques.
  • Rotate products using the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method and store frozen items immediately upon receipt.
  • Maintain precise inventory by verifying product counts, ensuring quality, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Meet and exceed minimum pallets-per-hour standards while maintaining accuracy and safety.
  • Comply with all Food Safety/SQF policies, ensuring our warehouse operates at its best.
