About The Position

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be responsible for transporting inventory throughout our distribution center using a variety of industrial lift equipment. You’ll work closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure all material is moved efficiently, accurately, and safely. This role is perfect for someone who has mastered multiple types of forklifts and thrives in a high-volume, high-paced warehouse environment. The schedule for this role is Monday- Thursday 7:30pm- 6:00am at our Fulfillment Center located in Commercial Point, OH.

Requirements

3+ years of experience operating each of the following: Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Forklift, Sit-Down Forklift
Operate with safety as your top priority, following all procedures and protocols
Dependable, show up on time, and can be counted on to keep things moving
Comfortable with shifting priorities and different work zones across the distribution center
Communicate clearly and support your teammates to hit shared goals
Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10–12 hours per shift) with scheduled breaks
Walk the floor extensively, averaging 10,000+ steps per day
Lift and move items up to 20 lbs regularly throughout the shift
Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and repetitive motion

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count materials in the distribution center
Load and unload products from trailers safely and efficiently
Support inbound and outbound operations with accurate material handling
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Perform equipment inspections and notify maintenance of any issues
Support other warehouse functions as needed
