About The Position

At Conagra Brands' Henning Conagra Plant, we are producing PAM cooking spray. This role involves staging, maintaining, and moving raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse. You will join a team of approximately 200 associates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily forklift inspections and manage the unloading and staging of raw materials.
• Prepare production runs by retrieving raw materials through the barcode inventory system and creating accurate pallet tags for each pallet.
• Handle finished goods by moving products into warehouse inventory and ensuring accurate product placement through the barcode system.
• Verify shipment staging, bill accuracy, lot codes, and product information before shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support food safety standards and OSHA requirements.
