About The Position

Performs put-away and replenishment functions making product available for shipment. Handles the receipt of items in the warehouse and ensures that the products are inspected, classified and stored in the warehouse or on the shelves as needed. They must keep up to date with invoices to make sure the orders are correct. Allocates or replenishes inventory (items) to the already empty 'From' warehouse locations where it should be picked up, increasing the Printed Quantity and Reserve Transfer Quantity fields to reflect the allocated quantity. Moves inventory from reserve status to main space so it can be picked up, packed, and shipped. Carries out the -Put away- processes that occurs between the receipt of merchandise from suppliers and their location in the assigned places, simplifying the process of storing items, reducing the risk of misplacement or loss of items and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. Takes the received product from the base and places it in the slot or storage at the top, turning the product and stacking the boxes manually as necessary to ensure proper rotation. Responsible for cleaning and removing debris from slots as needed. Responsible for helping and maintain TI – HI Accuracy. Meets and complies with standard warehouse productivity.

Requirements

  • Must pass lift operator’s qualification test
  • Must pass basic math test
  • Strong sense of urgency and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize duties
  • Bilingual Spanish required

Responsibilities

  • Inspect lift equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition.
  • Must work in a safe manner and not damage product.
  • Handles the receipt of items in the warehouse and ensures that the products are inspected, classified and stored in the warehouse or on the shelves as needed. They must keep up to date with invoices to make sure the orders are correct.

  • Take the received product from the base and place it in the slot or storage at the top, turning the product and stacking the boxes manually as necessary to ensure proper rotation.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and submit on a timely basis.
  • Must be able to reach, lift, and stack cases ranging from 1 to 100 lbs.
  • Must follow all training documents and procedures as it relates to SQF.
  • May be required to perform other tasks, as necessary.
  • Responsible for cleaning and removing debris from slots as needed.
  • Responsible for helping and maintain TI – HI Accuracy.
  • Meet and comply standard warehouse productivity.
