Responsibilities

Safely operating forklifts to move materials
Loading and unloading products
Ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and organized
Collaborating closely with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols
Pre-op inspections of forklifts, including reporting repairs to the maintenance department and leadership to ensure a work request is submitted
Use scanners and forklift tablets to locate ingredients and correct locations if necessary
Receive incoming shipment by verifying PO to BOL, receive into internal ERP system, Plex, and then scan and set into rows for storage.
Restock ingredients back into locations once weight is verified
Stage materials for mill processing (FIFO) and dispose of materials
Fix and replace broken pallets
Pallet trailer and recycling
Cycle counts
Verify all materials and ingredients are put away and cleaned by shift end
Assist in toting out trailers when necessary
Assist in dumping totes
