About The Position
The Warehouse PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Operator is responsible for safely operating various types of PIT equipment to move, load, unload, and store materials within a warehouse. This role supports efficient warehouse operations and ensures accurate inventory handling.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to consistently lift and move 50-75 lbs.
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of forklift experience.
- Customer service experience.
- 1 year of warehouse or related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment, including: Electric Pallet Jacks, Stand-Up Forklifts
- Load and unload trailers and containers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
