Third Shift- Temporary Sit Down Forklift Operator-Matteson
About The Position
CJ Logistics Americas is seeking skilled and motivated Forklift Operators for their new location in Matteson, IL. This is a temporary position where the operator will be responsible for safely maneuvering forklifts to ensure products are loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored. The role plays a crucial part in the supply chain operations, contributing to the delivery of excellence globally. The pay range is $20.28 per hour with a $0.75 shift differential for A and B Shifts. The available schedules are Third Shift: Tuesday- Saturday 11:30pm to 8:00am (Schedule 3A) and Sunday – Thursday 11:30pm to 8:00am (Schedule 3B).
Requirements
- 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
- Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently

Responsibilities
- Safely operate Sit-down forklift to keep orders moving and customers happy
- Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
- Jump in with manual case picking when directed
- Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care
- Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
- Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays
- Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
