About The Position

The Forklift Operator will safely transport, stage, and maintain raw materials, supplies, and finished goods throughout the Maple Grove facility. This role supports production and warehouse operations by operating material-handling equipment, maintaining accurate records, and following safety, food safety, quality, and operational standards. The position involves working 12-hour shifts from 7pm – 7am on a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with built-in overtime pay.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Experience working safely and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Experience maintaining accurate records and using computer-based systems to support daily operations.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently while following company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Transport, stage, and replenish raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to support production and warehouse operations.
Complete required equipment inspections, maintain accurate inventory and material movement records, and utilize SAP and Microsoft Office to support daily activities.
Follow food safety, quality, and safety requirements, including participation in required training programs.
Verify product, inventory, and shipment information to ensure materials are accurately stored, staged, and moved throughout the facility.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety and operational requirements.
Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned and trained.
