About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator to move stock within a warehouse, load and unload shipments, and use powered equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks. The environment is team-oriented, fast-paced, safety-focused, and climate-controlled. The role involves operating equipment for 80% of the specified shift and supporting safe, accurate product handling and inventory practices. The position is scheduled for the 3rd shift, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Pay is $18.45 per hour plus a $1.50 shift premium. Requirements

Previous warehouse experience.
Six months of forklift operation experience.
Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months of warehouse experience.
At least six months of previous Reach Truck operation experience.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts or other powered equipment for 80% of the specified shift.
Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded.
Maintain appropriate inventory accuracy records and reports.
Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
Verify load accuracy, including count, stability, and product condition, and report variances as necessary.
Change equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources as necessary.
Keep facility equipment and materials neat, clean, and orderly.
Assist with physical inventories.
Complete daily equipment inspections.
Perform other duties as assigned.
