About The Position
SelecSource is hiring experienced Forklift Operators (Sit-down) to join our team. This position involves operating a forklift in an outdoor environment, so candidates must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions. The role is for the 2nd shift, with hours from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Training will initially take place on the 1st shift (7:00 am) for a few weeks.
Requirements
- Previous forklift experience required, at least 3+ years
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to safely lift and move materials
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move and organize materials
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
