About The Position

The Forklift Operator operates a forklift safely, loads and unloads trucks, receives and moves material, and performs other duties as assigned. The role requires a 12-hour night shift and weekend availability. The operator is expected to maintain housekeeping standards with attention to detail, promote a safe work environment, and demonstrate a solution-focused, positive attitude while meeting goals and objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of previous forklift experience in a big-box environment.
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift in a safe manner.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Receive material.
• Move material.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate and promote a solution-based positive attitude in meeting goals and objectives.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained with an eye for detail.
• Promote and ensure a safe work environment.
