About The Position

American Lumper Services is a growing warehouse management company that is looking for qualified sit-down and stand-up forklift operators in the Rancho Cordova, CA area. The facility operates 7 days per week, with each operator assigned to work 5 days in a row and then be off 2 days in a row. All shifts work both Saturday and Sunday. The shift time is from 0600 am to 4 pm. The pay rate is $22.00/hr with weekly pay on Fridays. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.

Requirements

• Forklift experience required (sit-down and stand-up).
• Must undergo a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must possess basic reading and math skills.
• Must have an eye for detail.
• Must be able to lift 25+ lbs consistently.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl.
• Must perform other duties as assigned.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Employer participates in E-Verify.
• Must be reliable.

Nice To Haves

• Must be able to work overtime upon request from management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trucks while operating equipment.
• Assist in loading trucks while operating equipment.
• Stage pallets for loading on the proper dock locations.
• Manually stack cartons on pallets
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
