About The Position

Reporting to the Team Lead Warehouse, the Forklift Operator stages, maintains, and moves raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse at the Henning facility, where PAM cooking spray is produced. The role supports safe and efficient production operations as part of a team of approximately 200 associates. The shift is 5:00 PM–5:15 AM, at an hourly rate of $22.31. The position involves inspecting forklifts, unloading and staging materials, preparing production runs with a bar-coding system, placing finished products in the warehouse, verifying shipment and product information, and maintaining a clean work area. The manufacturing environment may have high noise levels and varying temperatures. Physical tasks may include standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, kneeling, repetitive work, and frequently lifting, pushing, or carrying materials.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Previous forklift experience.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
Commitment to working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Complete daily forklift inspections.
Support unloading and staging of raw materials.
Retrieve raw materials for production runs using the bar-coding system and create accurate pallet tags.
Move finished products to the warehouse and ensure accurate inventory placement using the bar-coding system.
Verify shipment staging, bills of accuracy, lot codes, and product information.
Maintain a clean work area in support of food safety and OSHA requirements.
