About The Position

CONMED is seeking a Forklift Operator for their facility in Lithia Springs. This role is responsible for loading and unloading materials, moving them to and from storage areas, and replenishing inventory. Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
• Ability to read, understand and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions.
• Ability to lift at least 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF Scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles into correct storage bays following inventory control instructors.
• Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment.
• Assist in replenishing inventory in the warehouse.
• Conduct cycle counts.
• Load trucks in parcel on foot.
• Occasionally assist in the picking and packing of inventory for timely shipment.
• Assist with regular compliance reviews against policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
