Forklift Operators - Distribution Center
About The Position
Operate various lift trucks for loading, unloading, and moving palletized product within the facility. Transport material and equipment according to production and shipping schedules. Unload and load trailers and straight trucks. Stack product in storage bays, following inventory control instructions. Ensure secure loads, complying with Company safety rules and regulations. Complete Daily Operator's Checklist for lift trucks. Inspect finished goods prior to loading for shipment, ensuring pallets and packaging are in excellent condition. Use RF guns to scan inventory, receive materials, update inventory, and scan and verify orders. Maintain cleanliness and order within dock, freezer and storage zones. All other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Forklift Operator experience required.
- Knowledge of and ability to operate forklift, and other material handling equipment.
- Six day work schedule required.
