About The Position

HJ Staffing is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Forklift Operators / Warehouse Agents to support Pegasus Logistics Group. The role handles day-to-day warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, inventory management, order picking, and shipping customer-owned materials while maintaining account Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The position begins at the Coppell facility at 306 Airline Drive, Coppell, TX 75019, with an explicit expectation that operations will transition later this year to the Northlink facility at 15301 Northlink Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76131. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with some weekend work required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and proper storage and handling techniques.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of warehouse/equipment experience.
• Active forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, select, and ship supplies, merchandise, and equipment.
• Load and unload shipments, including specialized items such as serialized electronics.
• Safely operate electric reach trucks, electric standup counterbalance forklifts, electric order pickers, pallet jacks, and hand carts.
• Perform cycle counts, systematic data entry, and routine inventory management in customer-specific systems.
• Understand and work with LTL shipping processes, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Complete assigned account tasks within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
