About The Position

Simon & Schuster is seeking a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator-Turret Driver for its distribution facility in Delran, NJ. This role involves operating a Turret for pallet and carton picks, with flexibility to adapt to varying production needs. Responsibilities include executing put-aways, filling orders, replenishment, and staging pallets. The operator will also perform replenishment to other locations and operate an Order Selector when Turret work is not available. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• RF device experience
• Turret or Drexel experience
• Ability to pick full pallet labels accurately and timely
• Ability to adhere to Simon and Schuster’s Equipment Safety Rules and Regulations
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively regarding progress of work and any issues
• Adapt to changes in work environment
• Work overtime as needed
• Meet company SOP’s
