About The Position
Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring Forklift Operators to start with our Operations team in Chambersburg, PA. This role is part of a customer-centric team that strives for excellence, collaboration, and innovation, connecting people to the content they want in the simplest ways.
Requirements
- Certification as an equipment operator or ability to be certified
- 1 year work experience in at least one previous job
- 6 months' work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.
- Ability to successfully complete forklift certification process
Responsibilities
- Operate forklift and use radio frequency scanner to perform stocking activities such as pull down or put away.
- Move stock as assigned.
- Sign out forklift after completing daily safety checklist.
- Report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Stack product physically onto and off of pallets repetitively throughout the designated shift.
- Load and unload trucks.
