About The Position

Drive Medical is a leading manufacturer of medical products with a strong track record of growth. We are currently hiring for 1st shift Forklift Replenishers for our Inventory Department. The schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. The Forklift Replenisher ensures inventory accuracy, which is crucial for filling customer orders and planning. This role involves maintaining Pick & Pack products and bins to support order pulling based on shipping requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in Replenishing.
• Ability to operate Cherry Picker forklift.
• Ability to operate Stand Up Reach forklift.
• Ability to operate Electric Pallet Jack.

Responsibilities

• Run daily reports to determine replenishment needs.
• Create TOs to support the determined needs.
• Complete physical moves of open TOs.
• Confirm completed TOs.
• Maintain inventory cleanliness and orderliness of physical PPK bins.
• Maintain MM02 integrity.
• Maintain PPK master list on K drive.
• Assist with analysis and reset of PPK products and bins quarterly based on provided sales data.
• Maintain inventory accuracy based on SAP system counts.
• Develop an attitude and an environment of continuous improvement.
• Assist inventory related Special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
