About The Position

This position is a union position with a swing shift schedule. The role involves operating a sit-down forklift in the assembly department, moving and staging materials for production lines, and maintaining schedule and inventory accuracy while adhering to all safety, quality, environmental, and production standards.

Requirements

• 1+ year of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Basic computer, reading, writing and math skills
• Ability to work daily overtime up to 12 hours and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in an industrial environment
• Ability to wear required PPE
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical, drug screen, and employment eligibility verification

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift in the assembly department
• Move and stage materials for production lines
• Maintain schedule and inventory accuracy
• Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and production standards
