About The Position

As a Forklift Operator/Material Handler, you safely and efficiently move and store raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas. The position offers 12-hour shifts and a rotating two-week schedule of three days one week and four days the next, totaling 15 working days per month for a full-time associate. Pay starts at $17.75 per hour and may be higher based on experience; night shift includes a $1.50-per-hour differential.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of forklift experience, which may come from work experience and/or education and training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds individually and up to 70 pounds with a team lift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas.
• Use an RF scanning device to scan goods and maintain inventory records.
• Load finished goods for shipment to customers.
• Develop knowledge and skills through training and on-the-job experiences.
