This role assists in the day-to-day operations of the Shipping Department, following load schedules to ensure a smooth workflow, coordinating the staging area, organizing special packaging, and loading trucks. The position involves performing various operations within the department as required.

Requirements

• Basic ability to read and write English
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to work safely, take initiative, multi-task, and work both independently and as a part of a team.
• Ability to sort items along with good organizational skills
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions, loading schedules and production tickets.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal instructions; communicate with coworkers and management clearly and respectfully; and work in an ever-changing, fast-paced team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Work experience with pneumatic tools and/or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
