About The Position

The Order Builder is an integral part of our team. The order builder is responsible for ensuring accuracy on customer deliveries, resulting in positive customer experiences and building consumer loyalty. Duties include verifying customer invoices to ensure accuracy of required products and to appropriate assembly of orders, assisting in safe and efficient delivery of all orders. If you have a passion to exceed customer expectations, enjoy being physically active and working outdoors and as a part of a team – this is the role for you.

Requirements

2-5 years of Forklift operation experience
Highly skilled in providing timely and efficient customer service
Detail orientated and strong attention to following safe work practices
Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform job duties that involve stretching, bending, lifting and carrying objects of varying weights
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Ability to work with tools (cut saw, banding wrenches, truck straps, etc.)
Must be able to work Saturday

Knowledge of building supply products an asset

Responsibilities

Build product orders for delivery by safely using a forklift
Pulls and prepares orders, packages for shipment
Rotate yard stock and safely move materials using a forklift
Ensure accuracy and integrity of pre-built lumber orders prior to delivery
Complete and maintain necessary delivery paperwork any applicable requirement for tracking software
Work with other store units to coordinate paperwork
Load and unloading of all delivery trucks
Fill retail lumber when stock is low
Ensuring always in compliance with WorkSafe Standards
