About The Position

This role is responsible for managing inbound materials, inventory, and cycle counts. The Forklift Operator Lead will ensure accurate receiving and tagging of materials, assist material handlers and production teams, and perform other assigned duties. The work environment involves exposure to wet, humid, or outdoor conditions, varying temperatures, and occasionally elevated platforms, fumes, airborne particles, or toxic/caustic chemicals. Employees may also work near moving mechanical parts and experience vibration in a typically loud environment. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required: Distance vision, Color Vision, Peripheral vision, and Depth perception.
• Frequently required to sit, talk or hear, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
