About The Position
R+L Carriers has immediate openings for a Forklift Operator Lead at our Birmingham, AL Service Center to unload and load trailers. Successful candidates for this position must possess a good work ethic, maintain a good attendance record, work well with others as part of a team, and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
- Previous leadership, warehouse & forklift experience in a fast-paced, LTL environment is necessary
- Able to read manifests
- Must have good loading and unloading skills.
- Previous forklift experience needed
Responsibilities
- Unload and load trailers
- Supervise dock workers
