About The Position

This role offers exposure to multiple areas of warehouse and logistics operations, including material handling, equipment operation, and local transportation.

Requirements

  • Ability to understand written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and follow verbal instructions.

  • Valid Colorado Driver's License required.
  • Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review prior to employment.
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse bulk pulls and assist with supporting accurate inventory.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Complete a variety of warehouse, administrative, and operational tasks.
  • Support receiving, staging, storage, and distribution activities.
  • Learn to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided).
  • Assist with labeling, packaging, organizing, and preparing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Provide occasional support for packaging and kitting operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $18.00–$18.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Performance Reviews: Compensation is reviewed after your first 90 days and annually thereafter. Opportunities for pay increases are based on performance and contribution.
  • Overtime Pay: Paid at applicable overtime rates for hours worked over 40 per week. Occasional weekend overtime may be available.
  • PTO): Start earning PTO from day one. Employees receive 2 weeks of PTO in their first year, with opportunities to increase accrual up to 4 weeks annually based on tenure.
