About The Position

Join our Exchange Street team in Middlebury, VT as a Forklift Operator II and help maintain the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of materials throughout warehouse, production, and shipping operations. This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced forklift operator who takes pride in safe equipment operation, organized inventory movement, and supporting daily operational priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

Current forklift certification preferred, or ability to obtain and maintain company-required certification.
2-5 years of warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience.
Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation habits.
Safe work habits and ability to follow established warehouse procedures.
Ability to work independently, communicate priorities clearly, and support organized daily workflow.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, finished goods, packaging, and supplies throughout the facility.
Support loading, unloading, staging, product rotation, and shipment readiness for production and shipping needs.
Complete warehouse records, inventory transactions, and required documentation accurately.
Communicate material needs, shipment priorities, staging concerns, and inventory issues to warehouse leadership.
Help maintain safe traffic patterns, organized storage areas, clean workspaces, and dependable daily workflow.
