Requirements

  • Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse setting or similar environment
  • Proficiency in operating industrial forklifts and other warehouse equipment (e.g., stand-up reach, sit-down, order picker, pallet jack)
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred, not required)
  • Experience with RF (radio frequency) scanning equipment
  • A current certification in operating various types of forklifts

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently move, stack, and stage products using a forklift and other powered equipment.
  • Prepare and pack products for outbound shipment.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld RF scanners to process shipments.
  • Maintain precise inventory records and ensure our data is always accurate.
  • Complete all required training, following all safety protocols (including 5S practices), and properly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Safely handle materials and perform routine pre-use inspections to maintain your equipment.
