Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to obtain valid forklift certification.
• Prior experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic reading, math, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependable transportation.
• Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Team player who values integrity.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, reach, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various warehouse conditions (hot, cold, dusty).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as required.
• Must successfully complete a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operating sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts (and other material-handling equipment) safely and efficiently.
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials, pallets, and inventory to designated areas throughout the warehouse.
• Inspecting forklifts before and after use and reporting mechanical issues.
• Following all safety rules, speed limits, and warehouse traffic guidelines.
• Performing order picking, packing, palletizing, and staging of product.
• Assisting with shipping and receiving processes.
• Using hand tools and warehouse equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintaining a clean, organized work environment (sweeping, trash removal, debris clearing).
• Supporting inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
• Following supervisors' instructions and completing work efficiently.
