To promptly serve Puree Departments by following established policies and procedures. This position encompasses the coordination and development of proper mixture for juice operations in accordance with the production schedule and Tree Top specifications. It is the responsibility of every employee at Tree Top Inc. to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks.
