About The Position

The Forklift Operator/Dock Worker loads and unloads products, scans and documents inventory, and helps keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe. The role also involves supporting and motivating team members by leading by example. This is a part-time position in Holt, Michigan, scheduled Monday through Friday from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. The position pays $17 per hour and requires passing a background check.

Requirements

• Forklift experience is required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for long periods.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, understand, and speak English.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Quick learner with a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse cross-dock experience.
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities
