About The Position

We’re looking for experienced forklift mechanics/field service technicians to join our team. You will start your day from home and go directly to customer sites - no daily shop reporting! We offer competitive pay, independence, and a company-provided truck. This role is different because you get a take-home company truck with a gas card, start and end your day from home, and have no daily shop time. You will work independently in the field with consistent hours and overtime opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience as a forklift mechanic, diesel mechanic, or equipment technician
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Your own tools
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various positions

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts (electric, gas, LP)
• Service industrial batteries and chargers
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Travel to customer sites throughout the day
• Communicate directly with customers on repairs and recommendations
