About The Position

We are looking for experienced forklift mechanics/field service technicians to join our team. This role offers the unique advantage of starting and ending your day from home, traveling directly to customer sites for repairs and maintenance without the need for daily shop reporting. The position provides competitive pay, independence, and a company-provided truck, along with consistent hours and overtime opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience as a forklift mechanic, diesel mechanic, or equipment technician
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Your own tools
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various positions

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts (electric, gas, LP)
• Service industrial batteries and chargers
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Travel to customer sites throughout the day
• Communicate directly with customers on repairs and recommendations
• All other responsibilities/duties as assigned
