About The Position

The primary purpose of this role is to accomplish tasks and prevent assembly shortages and/or stock outs. The Forklift Driver will be responsible for shipping customer orders, receiving materials, delivering materials to manufacturing lines, unloading finished goods, and supporting inventory management through cycle counts and record keeping. This role requires adherence to all company, departmental, and safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Comply with all company, departmental and safety policies and procedures.
Ship all customer orders, as required by the shipper report, including scanning labels, loading trucks, completing paperwork, and sending ASNs.
Receive material daily from shuttles/suppliers and load flow racks, including UPS/Fed Ex deliveries.
Load tugger carts and deliver material to manufacturing lines, ensuring no shortages.
Deliver skids of material to manufacturing lines utilizing a forklift.
Unload finished goods from manufacturing lines.
Receive material into Mfg Pro daily, as required.
Complete manual packing lists and BOLs, as required.
Support cycle counts as required by the team.
Maintain files (paper and electronic) as required.
Complete service orders and service boxes as required by the schedule, ordering the correct amount of cardboard from the warehouse on time.
Assist with banding finished goods and other items as required.
Prepare small components for shipment, as required.
Ensure finished goods are in their proper location, realigning as shipments are made, keeping them in FIFO order.
Assist with loading cardboard/plastic into compactors, ensuring that area is kept clean.
Collaborate with internal departments to locate missing packages and fix incorrect deliveries.
Complete all end-of-day activities, per instructions.
Perform any other tasks and duties as assigned.
