About The Position

Tru Vue Inc. is seeking Material Handlers for multiple openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts in Faribault, MN. The pay rate is $19.00–$21.00/hr. The 1st shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, and the 2nd shift is Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM. Apogee Enterprises, Inc. Requirements

Previous experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred
Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Reliable, safety-focused, and quality-driven

Responsibilities

Move, track, and manage materials throughout the facility
Supply production lines to keep operations running efficiently
Support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
Maintain accurate inventory, including cycle counts and FIFO
Stage and prepare materials for production and shipment
Use inventory systems to track materials and transactions
Assist with packaging, labeling, and quality checks
Support team operations and continuous improvement efforts
