About The Position

The Forklift Driver associate may be asked to perform receiving. The role generally involves using a forklift to move materials within the warehouse, including raw product, dry goods, or finished goods. The associate follows proper procedures for product rotation and flow through the warehouse and completes the documents and procedures required for the work. Requirements

• Follow proper procedures for product rotation and flow through the warehouse.
• Complete the documents and procedures required for the function being performed.

Nice To Haves

• Flexible schedule.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Vietnamese.
• One year of forklift experience.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect powered trucks for operating condition and safety.
• Operate powered trucks.
• Follow SOPs, safety requirements, and all other Fresh Express policies.
• Complete assigned work accurately, promptly, and efficiently.
• Perform required documentation for the assigned function.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including dock areas and raw and finished coolers.
• Communicate with assistants, supervisors, clerks, production, and QA as needed.
• Perform receiving when asked.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
