About The Position

As a trusted supplier of the latest trends in scented wax, wax warmers, and essential oils, we work hard to plan, design, and create programs that offer high-value and low-cost products for our customers. We manufacture and distribute our products to big-box clients including Walmart and Target throughout the US and Canada. Our goal is to help our retail partners obtain the highest margins while increasing sales and customer loyalty. Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age.
High School diploma or GED.
Must be forklift certified.
Knowledge of product and locations.
Must be able to lift up to lift 50 pounds regularly.
Must be physically able to sit and twist for long periods of time.
Reliable and dependable.
Strong work ethic.
Takes direction well.
Positive attitude.
Must work well with others as well as with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated
Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Pay attention to detail and watch for any product discrepancies/errors.
Organize and sort pallets. Odd sized, bad, broken, production, etc.

Responsibilities

Perform daily inspection on forklift.
Load and unload trucks.
Accurately load all customers' trucks with double check.
Keep warehouse organized and clean.
Keep floor stocked with pallets and boxes.
Put away product.
Work where assigned by Supervisor.
Wear seatbelt and follow all safety procedures.
Help with special projects as needed.
Check all labels to ensure they are stored correctly.
Organize and sort pallets.
Communicate with Managers/Supervisors to know what materials are needed and priorities.
Communicate with Shipping Foreman all priorities, project instruction, special projects, etc.
