About The Position

Our success is built on quality, innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to manufacturing excellence. We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Driver to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for safely transporting materials throughout the facility while supporting shipping, receiving, production, and daily operations. The ideal candidate has recent forklift experience, understands warehouse safety practices, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment required.
• Experience operating forklifts safely in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing production priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, receive, and ship materials accurately and efficiently.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility using powered industrial equipment.
• Optimize loads to maximize efficiency while minimizing product damage.
• Support production and warehouse operations by delivering materials to designated locations.
• Verify materials and quantities against shipping and receiving documentation.
• Operate forklifts safely while following all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and warehouse procedures.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
