About The Position

Tru Vue, part of Apogee Enterprises’ Performance Surfaces segment, is hiring a Forklift Driver for its Faribault, Minnesota facility. The role involves moving, tracking, and managing materials throughout a manufacturing facility; supplying production lines; and supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, packaging, labeling, and quality checks. The position works Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM on second shift. Pay is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift premium.

This position is based in a manufacturing environment. Work may involve standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods, exposure to noise and varying temperatures, and working near moving equipment. Requirements

• Previous experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Move, track, and manage materials throughout the facility.
• Supply production lines to keep operations running efficiently.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory, including cycle counts and FIFO.
• Stage and prepare materials for production and shipment.
• Use inventory systems to track materials and transactions.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and quality checks.
• Support team operations and continuous improvement efforts.
