About The Position

Little Dealer Little Prices RV is seeking a Lot Attendant / Porter / Forklift Driver for an immediate hire. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for career advancement within the company's career ladder, starting as a Lot Attendant and potentially moving up to PDI Tech, Apprentice Technician, Certified RV Technician, and Master Certified Technician. Prior experience in an auto, RV, marine, motorcycle, or power sports dealership is a plus but not required. The company is described as America's largest family-owned and operated RV dealership group, founded in 1966, and is known for its positive culture and stability. They are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a smile. The position offers an hourly rate and is located in a state-of-the-art RV facility.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Ability to work outside.
Ability to lift, push, pull, carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be drug-free and pass a background check.
Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens.
Friendly, motivated, honest, and positive team player.
Ability to self-start and work well independently and as part of a team.
Works consistently without supervision.
Quick learner, quick worker, high energy with a desire to grow.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in an auto, RV, marine, motorcycle or power sports dealership.
Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

Operate a forklift to move RVs and other items.
Perform duties of a Lot Attendant / Porter.
Assist in moving RVs (motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, folding tent campers).
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
