Description Key Responsibilities Forklift Operation Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts (or other material-handling equipment). Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse. Move pallets, product, and inventory to designated areas. Inspect forklift before and after use; report mechanical issues. Follow all safety rules, speed limits, and warehouse traffic guidelines. General Labor Duties Perform order picking, packing, palletizing, and staging of product. Assist with shipping and receiving processes. Use hand tools and warehouse equipment to complete assigned tasks. Maintain a clean, organized work environment (sweeping, trash removal, debris clearing). Support inventory counts and stock rotation as needed. Follow supervisors' instructions and complete work efficiently. Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Willingness to obtain valid forklift certification. Prior experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Basic reading, math, and communication skills. Strong attention to safety and detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Reliable Transportation. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, lift, reach, bend, and twist for extended periods. Comfortable working in various warehouse conditions (hot, cold, dusty). Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as required. Prior experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
