Requirements

• Proven experience operating a forklift and/or cherry picker / order picker
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a distribution center or logistics environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and cherry picker / order picker equipment safely and efficiently
• Pick, pull, and stage orders accurately in a warehouse setting
• Load and unload materials, pallets, and freight from trucks and storage areas
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
• Follow warehouse management system (WMS) instructions and inventory procedures
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily production and shipping goals
