About The Position

The Forklift Driver C position is responsible for assisting in loading trucks to various customers around the country. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of previous forklift experience, and the ability to manage job-related stress and foster productive workplace interactions. The position involves moving and aligning pallets, delivering products, cleaning assigned areas, inspecting and maintaining forklifts, and processing cases. The role also requires consistent, dependable attendance and a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours, including working outside the regular schedule as required. Additionally, the Forklift Driver C may assist in production during down times and cover breaks and lunches for production packers.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED
Minimum 1-year previous forklift experience
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance
Demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
Ability to use and understand RF scanning

Responsibilities

Move and align posted pallets to certain areas that did not go through the CMA system.
Deliver products according to “Inventory Issue Ticket”.
Clean individual area assigned.
Inspect and maintain forklifts before working every day.
Clean storage area, loading area, and forklift park area.
Process cases from higher level management.
Move pallets from production table to warehouse location.
Must have regular, reliable attendance, and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.
Able to help in production during down times while also help cover breaks and lunches for production packers.
